Refund Policy

At CulturLink, we are committed to delivering exceptional recruitment services and long-term hiring success for our clients. We understand that hiring is an investment, and our goal is to ensure that each placement is a strong, lasting fit for your team. That’s why we back our services with a flexible and fair refund and replacement policy.

If a candidate placed by CulturLink voluntarily resigns or is terminated within the agreed-upon guarantee period, we will work with you to either:

  • Provide a one-time free replacement for the role, or

  • Offer a partial refund, depending on the terms outlined in your original service agreement.

Our team will partner with you to understand what went wrong, make necessary adjustments to the search criteria if needed, and reinitiate the recruitment process with urgency and care. Our goal is to ensure your business is not disrupted and your staffing needs are met without additional hassle or cost.

 

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements are only available within the terms of the guarantee outlined in your signed agreement.

  • If the scope of the role or position changes significantly after the initial placement, additional terms may apply.

  • CulturLink does not provide refunds outside of the agreed-upon guarantee terms.
